Our structural detailing process
Using the most advanced structural BIM software available, Tekla Structures, to create a steelwork model in a solid rendered state which allows full visualization of the structure, we are able create drawings and other useful items such as material cutting schedules, bolt lists and NC data to simplify the manufacturing process. Tekla Structures software is built on free-flowing information, constructible models, and collaboration. By focusing on good communication and the elimination of waste, Tekla Structures makes construction more sustainable and cost effective.
Connection design is covered if required, all connections are checked/designed as we go using Masterseries. This is usually done in house but can also be outsourced should the need arise.
We always ensure we run the latest versions of all our software, which keeps us up to date with the latest technology and enables us to provide you the client with the best possible service we can offer.
