What we do
Using our experience of working with BIM, we can create a high level definition 3D model that can be exported and shared with the design team and all other trades involved to ensure a high degree of quality and accuracy needed for today’s highly complex construction projects.
Data from the same BIM Model can also be linked with other software solutions, such as digital construction tools for setting out and fabrication machines for a smoother workflow.
Our BIM process
We use Tekla Structures, the most advanced structural BIM software available to achieve 3D modelling that gives our clients a clear visual representation of the finished product. This model is then exported to IFC format for distribution to the design team, this allows everybody to see the model and is a quick and easy solution to picking up any obvious issues. The same model can then be used by other trades involved in the build to add their products and ensure a smooth workflow to a satisfactory build.
2D drawings, material schedules, bolt schedules and even manufacturing data can also be created from the model, ensuring the finished product is exactly as modelled.
